Avenir Global LLC, the legal owner and operator of www.haikonatural.us, complies with U.S. consumer protection standards and maintains strict hygiene and safety guidelines due to the nature of our skincare and personal care products.
This policy applies to all purchases made through www.haikonatural.us, including one-time orders and subscription-based deliveries.
1. Return Eligibility
1.1 General Conditions
We accept returns only for products that are unused, unopened, and sealed in their original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened, used, or tampered products.
- Free promotional items or complimentary kits.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
1.2 Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
- If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 5 calendar days of delivery. If verified, Haiko Natural will cover the return shipping in compliance with U.S. law.
- For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection regulations.
All returns must be pre-approved and comply with the eligibility criteria above. Unauthorized or late returns may be denied.
2. Refund Process
2.1 Inspection & Approval
Refunds will be issued only after the returned products are received and inspected. Items must be:
- Fully sealed, unused, and in resalable condition.
- Returned with original packaging and any accompanying inserts or accessories.
Haiko Natural reserves the right to deny refunds if returned items do not meet these standards.
2.2 Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method and will appear according to the payment provider's processing time.
- Refunds are only issued to the account holder who made the original purchase. No exceptions.
3. Subscription Orders
3.1 General Return Policy
Subscription deliveries follow the same return criteria:
- Only sealed, unused products are eligible.
- If a subscription shipment contains multiple products, and only some are unopened, a proportional refund will be calculated based on the eligible items.
3.2 Missed Cancellation
If you fail to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle:
- You may still request a return for eligible, sealed products within 5 calendar days of delivery.
- Returned items must be shipped back within 10 calendar days from delivery and arrive in acceptable condition to receive a full refund for those products.
3.3 Non-Refundable Subscription Kits
The initial promotional kit (e.g., the free kit where only shipping is charged) is non-refundable and not eligible for return, even if unopened.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery at support@haikonatural.us.
- Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photo or video evidence.
- Once verified, we will offer either a replacement product or a full refund, depending on product availability and customer preference.
5. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
- Items returned without prior approval or beyond the 30-day window.
- Promotional gifts, free samples, or trial-size items.
- Products damaged due to improper storage, mishandling, or negligence.
Due to the personal nature of skincare, all products must remain sealed to be eligible for return, in accordance with federal and state regulations on personal care and hygiene products.
6. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Email us at support@haikonatural.us with your full name, order number, reason for return, and photos of the product(s) in their original packaging.
- If your return is approved, we will send detailed instructions including the return shipping address and any required forms.
- Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
7. Policy Changes and Right of Refusal
Haiko Natural reserves the right to update this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on our website, with an updated “Effective Date.”
We also reserve the right to decline return or refund requests if:
- The request does not align with this policy.
- The product shows signs of use, tampering, or damage.
- There is a history of excessive, abusive, or fraudulent return activity.
All return and refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Haiko Natural, in good faith and in alignment with U.S. consumer protection laws.
