Shipping policy

At Haiko Natural, we are committed to delivering high-quality skincare products safely, efficiently, and responsibly. This Shipping Policy explains how and where we ship, expected delivery times, and what to do in case of delivery issues. It applies to all orders placed through www.haikonatural.us, including standard purchases and subscription shipments.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the contiguous United States only (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories).

  • P.O. Boxes: If your order is fulfilled by Amazon, deliveries to P.O. Boxes may be possible via USPS. However, we recommend using a physical street address for more reliable service and tracking. Deliveries via FedEx or DHL cannot be made to P.O. Boxes.

  • International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping through our website. For custom requests or wholesale inquiries outside the U.S., please contact us at sales@haikonatural.us.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Haiko Natural ships exclusively within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories). Orders are fulfilled through Amazon Fulfillment, FedEx, or DHL, depending on product availability and destination.

2.1 Standard Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

  • Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Operating Days: Monday through Friday (no shipments on weekends or public holidays).

  • Cost:

    • $9.99 flat rate for orders under $55.

    • Free for orders of $55 or more.

2.2 Fast Shipping (2-Day Shipping)

  • Estimated Delivery: Within 2 business days after order processing.

  • Processing Cut-Off: Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are processed the same day; otherwise, the next business day.

  • Availability: Available only for physical addresses within the contiguous U.S. (not available for PO Boxes, subscription renewals, or promotional kits).

  • Cost:

    • $15.99 for orders under $55.

    • $9.99 for orders from $55 to $119.99.

    • Free for orders of $120 or more.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $55, a flat shipping fee of $9.99 applies.

  • Free Shipping: Orders of $55 or more (before tax and discounts) qualify for free standard shipping.

Please Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (see Return Policy for more details).


4. Order Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Lost or Missing Packages: If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you did not receive it, please contact us at sales@haikonatural.us. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and take appropriate action.

  • Incorrect Address: If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipping fees or rerouting costs.


5. Subscription Shipments

For subscription orders, shipping follows the same policies as standard orders:

  • Monthly shipments are processed and delivered using the same carriers and timeframes.

  • Customers are responsible for updating their delivery address before the next renewal. Changes made after shipping cannot be applied retroactively.
